Terms of Service

This agreement is between Noell Hammer-Burns, Spiritual Life Coach and Client ( named in the Signature Form)

By signing below, I state that I understand the following:

• Noell Hammer-Burns is a certified Spiritual Life Coach, not a licenced  psychologist, psychiatrist or marriage counselor.
• The goal is spiritual growth through understanding the Four Cores and how they relate to the Enneagram. Specific issues such as martial problems, addictions, or phobias will not be addressed with advice, instead, we will deal with the root causes of such Spiritual problems.
• The sessions are 1 hour in length. Overtime begins at the quarter hour and is $25 per 30 minutes or any part of 30 minutes.
• The online course is included free with the individual session for $50. You may only book ONE individual session. If you want to continue with the coaching, then we will switch to the 8 week course since that is the basis of my teaching. The $50 will be applied toward the cost of the additional 8 week sessions with a balance of $250. You will receive 9 sessions.
• Sessions are prepaid. The 8 week online course may be paid in two payments, before the first session and the fifth session.
• You may reschedule at no cost 24 hours prior the session. If you cancel within 12 hours of the appointment, unless a true emergency, the session fee will not be refunded. If it is an emergency, another session will be added at the end or you may pay to add another session at the cost of $40.00.
• Please be prompt. If you are calling on the phone, you will call me at 561-460-2791. If we are using Zoom, I will send you the link. You must have Zoom downloaded ahead of time on a phone or computer.
• Payments may be made through Zelle or Venmo. Once I receive your signature form, I will send you the link to make the payment. Once I receive the payment we can set up our schedule and I will send you the link to the online course.
