Here is the truth: You CAN'T eat anything you want and the weight will drop off. To use the patch effectively, you have to stop eating 3 things: sugar, white flour and trans fats. You can eat everything else, even carbs and fats! You have to eat high quality foods because you are eating so little. Bottom line: If you are not willing to give up your junk food, this isn't going to work for you PERIOD. Don't waste your money. |
